Arcane collects only the information needed to respond to a request, operate the website, or deliver an agreed service.
Plain-language summary
We do not sell submitted information.
When you contact Arcane, request an assessment, or work with us, you may provide information such as your name, business email, company, phone number, and a description of the business problem you want to discuss.
Arcane uses that information to respond, evaluate fit, schedule conversations, deliver agreed work, maintain operating records, and protect the security of its systems.
The website assistant does not retain transcripts by default. If you choose to submit its lead form, your contact details and recent chat messages are routed through approved service providers, including Zapier, to Arcane's email and lead sheet so a person can respond.
Do not submit passwords, payment card details, confidential medical information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through a general website form.
